When lifting capacity=90%rated load, give  A low frequency sound and light alarm

Alarm to protect

When lifting capacity=100%rated load, give  A high  frequency sound and light alarm, if delay, Disconnect up circuit, and Ban up action, and in same time ,sent out keeping alarm and alarming light is keeping high frequency flashing

Immediately protect

When lifting capacity=110%rated load, immediately Disconnect up circuit, and Ban up action, and in same time ,sent out keeping alarm and alarming light is keeping high frequency flashing

Protect Three phase

When wrongly connect three phase, give  out A sound and light alarm, disconnect control contact of supply and lifting control, ban all operating

Protect when voltage lacking

When lose a phase, this device does not work, and ban all operation

Protect when three phase is not balance

When current between any two phase≥60%, give  out A sound and light alarm, after 5 seconds, disconnect control contact of supply and lifting control, ban all operating

short circuit  protection

When current between any a phase≥600%, give  out A sound and light alarm, after 0.8 seconds, disconnect control contact of supply and lifting control, ban all operating

Blockage protection

When current between any a phase≥400%, give  out A sound and light alarm, after 0.8 seconds, disconnect control contact of supply and lifting control, ban all operating

Protection when lose in voltage

When The average of the three phase power voltage is less than setting value of under voltage, give  out A sound and light alarm, after 5 seconds, disconnect control contact of supply and lifting control, ban all operating

Protection against over-voltage

When The average of the three phase power voltage is less than setting value of over voltage, give  out A sound and light alarm, after 5 seconds, disconnect control contact of supply and lifting control, ban all operating
